This package is designed for medium teams who want to experience powerful local AI without the recurring costs of cloud services. All components are pre‑configured, and we handle onsite delivery and installation so you can start working immediately.


1. Refund Eligibility

• A full refund will be issued only if the request is made before the order is placed with Lenovo.

• Requests received after the order has been submitted to Lenovo will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Request Process

• Submit a written request (email ) to the us.

• Provide the order details (client name, product, and order number) and the reason for the refund.


3. Timing

• Refunds must be requested within 12 hours of the initial purchase agreement.


4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


5. Non‑Refundable Items

• Products that have already been shipped and confirmed as received by Lenovo are non‑refundable.


6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with the company’s standard dispute resolution procedures.
