1. Refund Eligibility

• A full refund will be issued only if the request is made before the order is placed with Lenovo.

• Requests received after the order has been submitted to Lenovo will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Request Process

• Submit a written request (email ) to the us.

• Provide the order details (client name, product, and order number) and the reason for the refund.


3. Timing

• Refunds must be requested within 12 hours of the initial purchase agreement.


4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


5. Non‑Refundable Items

• Products that have already been shipped and confirmed as received by Lenovo are non‑refundable.


6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with the company’s standard dispute resolution procedures.
